Age of wushu re4/28/2023 ![]() So you can be a Shaolin Monk, who would normally use Long Boxing (fist technique) or one of two long staff techniques, but use dual daggers or a sword or a short staff if you get the right stuff. Now, as a twist you can also obtain the inner and Martial Arts powers from the other schools via school script raids or buying them on the open market. In the end, the higher your inner and martial arts are leveled up the harder you hit and the better your defenses. Each school has four martial arts available to its members. Martial Arts are for the most part school specific. Your school has three inner powers and you can level them all to level 36. The higher your inner, the more powerful your character is. ![]() "Inner Powers" which are school specific (you can choose from one of eight martial arts schools) and those are the bases of your power. Powers are split into Inner and Martial Arts. Those powers have levels that you build up by cultivating them. ![]() Your character has pretty much every martial arts power they'll have within the first ten hours of gameplay. I say "lower power" because there is no leveling in the traditional sense. I thought that would be a problem but the truth is a lot of people simply ignore lower power toons. If you buy a membership (around 8 dollars a month) you really accelerate the game in terms of off line cultivation (think off line leveling of skills in Eve) and myriad other speed benefits.
